  2. Ensure that the staff do not use official systems and official connections for personal browsing
  3. Scan for malware frequently

Check for common signs of phishing like :

    1. Poor spelling
    2. Poor grammer
    3. Low quality of communications
    4. Urgency in communication
    5. Unreasonable facilities and promises
