The challenge is to effectively set and use passwords

3. Avoid using predictable passwords

Avoid phishing attacks

1. Ensure that the staff do not use or browse sites from accounts with administrative privileges
2. Ensure that the staff do not use official systems and official connections for personal browsing
3. Scan for malware frequently

Check for common signs of phishing like :

1. Poor spelling
2. Poor grammer
3. Low quality of communications
4. Urgency in communication
5. Unreasonable facilities and promises
